I am University and universally, educated: knowledgeable about, living space, food and drink for a Restaurant, Bar, or Night Club. I can socialize and exist with people of all cultures facilitating enjoyment of their apartment/homes or your establishment. I am a 'one minute manger' who resolves issues instantly with logical experienced decisions. My operating policy is 'clean and green': everything well maintained and fresh; Curb appeal, proper product, accurate accounting, and problem avoidance, with happy service to attract new business/tenants while maintaining current tenants/customers. I have the ability to supervise any enterprise: I improve balance sheets and coordinate heart beats. Social acceptability demands compliance with all laws and regulations including US Housing codes, California's Health/Safety requirements, Municipal rent-control, Tax credit or section 8 rules; while adhering to your firm's standard operating procedures. My executive capacity encompasses broom pushing to pencil pushing and a desire to ecologically serve society. I am uniquely qualified to enhance the ergonomics, economics, ecology, and environment for you.
I began protecting the construction site of an apartment building arson fire; helped supervise the re-construction, then became resident manager of 25 units. I evolved to supervise a portfolio of 2,000 units comprised of apartments, a 60 room motel & 2 mobile-home trailer parks. I speak, read, write, and think in Spanish, Computer-Ease, Healthy-Happy-Habitability, & Legal-Ease. I maintain properties properly; I promise to prudently maximize profitability and property value. Please interview me: I am productive; my mobilization includes utilizing Public Transportation: a Harley Davidson motorcycle, GMC pick up truck, Cadillac compact sedan, an 18 speed mountain bicycle & pristine CA DMV record.
There are 3 options to utilize my ability to supervise and serve all: (A.) Hire me as an employee. (B.) Allow me to manage/supervise for a percentage of gross collected rents or income. (C.) I offer to purchase your property or business at your ideal price with .001 down and 10%interest. I am not a financial flipper: I shall honor current tenants' contracts; precluding economic-speculative-gentrification also I promise to upgrade and own property long term.
To conserve time, space, and money: I submit 8 Establishment Discrepancies; which usually disqualify this application for opportunity. Unfortunately; my physical attributes & philosophical politics cause more discrimination than skin tint and racial heritage. Society accepts racial-ness but attempts to stifle political radical-ness: I am respectfully all ways cordial, I love ties and dress conservatively. I object to American Advanced Apartheid and social exploitation by Diabolical Disorientation enforced by oppressive deadly laws to generate income. As management; we must exemplify contentment, to produce Prosperity.
1. Anti-Establishment appearance: I have "grown my hair and beard for peace" to commemorate Mr. John Lennon's' Crusade for World Peace. The situation leading to his assassination led to my decision to be a property/business manager: the Hotel Dakota staff failed to check attitude of the murderer despite his lurking around; efficient management controls buildings and occupants to preclude problems.
2. Lack of Establishment certification: I invested 5 years completing 168 quarter units; as a pre-Legal major studying The Art of Business at California State University Los Angeles. In objection to governmental executions, pollution, and nuclear warmongering, I have; yet to earn a degree, a property management certification, or a business or realtor license. I have managed and supervised apartment buildings and businesses extensively. I appreciatively all ways avoid impropriety with integrity; respecting everyone's dignity helps society achieve common humanitarian goals.
3. Low Establishment credit rating: My FICO is low: due to sporadic and low income history; I have yet to acquire an income property, and have yet to establish credit or use credit cards, thus, I have no established credit or utility bills. Good Will is speculative quantification, thus, not on the balance sheet yet; the most valued asset. Please: recognize; I can increase your firm's Good Will, profitability, and with your salary; eventually raising my FICO score.
4. Establishment profit: is secondary to Fair Honesty and GOD/Jesus; I respect and abide by the law. To increase market rent, some owners/employers want to dictate exploitative and or dishonest business practices which cost tenants penalties and fees; lead to evictions and new tenants to pay new inflated rents. I appreciate people and satisfy where I supervise; I achieve tenant compliance with friendliness and indisputable logic. Tenants and vendors are satisfied; appreciating fair, equal and equitable treatment rather than profit mongering.
5. Establishment terminations: due to aforementioned characteristics; I have been terminated or fazed out of most jobs. Short term terminations and long term tenures exemplify my fair treatment of tenants/employees and my refusal to neither condone nor promote exploitative or unhealthy working and or living conditions. My future career achievements shall be evident as I excel in a proper work environment where humanity and ecology are respected and prudent work effort is rewarded as standard operating procedure.
6. Lack of Establishment worth: due to a shoddy salary history I am not considered for lucrative executive positions. Discrimination IS asking: what is your salary history? And how much salary do you require? The real questions are: what is your position worth? Am I able to function in a sophisticated environment? Requesting salary history or monetary requirements is financial Apartheid and a glass ceiling segregating people to prevent upward income mobility. I respectfully request an opportunity for lucrative longevity; because, I earned it by surviving 10 years in the murderous crime plagued barrios/ghettos of Los Angeles and Orange County. Please: Acknowledge; any salary and assignment is better than none.
7. No recent Establishment employment: I was leasing units including a 12 unit bachelorette complex in 90037. Recently; guarded 5 unit rehabilitation in 90011 then leased them up. I am all ways honest: I subsist with odd jobs and generosity from family and friends. For the past decade I have cared for my elders and stayed at friends' homes enjoying life with them. I work sporadically and have transportation to earn extra money. I have been clean and arrest free for 30 years; my last executive position; ended 7-14-06 with a Management Co., as resident manager of a 250 unit complex in Los Angeles across from Dorsey High School.
8. Establishment Extortion by chemical DIS-crimination: Please acknowledge MLK jr.s' Righteous and Religious demand "...judge my character and my business morals; not the chemical content of my urine..." I vote to end the US drug-war: it kills our planet, punishes people, and destroys human dignity. Enforcing this illogical exploitative war; devastates ancient cultural diversity by enforcing deadly violent Laws to seize drugs. Therefore; I object to forced sobriety and refuse to submit to a drug test as an advocate of the US Green Party! I am a prudent exuberant professional: I avoid tobacco; I promote #LOVEvolution: 1. End hunger, 2. Dissipate hate, 3. Vanquish violence, 4. Dismantle nuclear reactors and weapons, 5. Cure cancers, 6. Fix Fukushima. The homeless problem; is ignored while Basic Income would cure society by valuing human life, and Health Insurance is fraudulently referred to as Health Care; this exemplifies our need for equitable social transformation with voluntary generosity.
I minimize complications to preclude problems and avoid litigation.

My integrity is evidently verifiable: I operated many cash registers, handled inventories and collected a decade of rents; all amounting to millions of dollars. I facilitate tenants' prosperity with proper attitude and a willingness to serve them: jump-start their cars, help change tire, a happy greeting, whatever facilitates their way.
