NASA:  could have had a backup system to help the space shuttle water land; the astronauts were alive when Challenger struck the ocean surface…because miraculously, the space capsule and astronauts survived the explosion!  
According to Ford Motor Company:  Firestone Tire Company; could have shared their wealth and respected its longtime union employees, rather than terminate them and hire low cost untrained scab workers who made thousands of defective tires.  As reported by Michael Moore in one of his bestselling books, which highlight America’s dis-functionality to serve the US citizens.  Michael Moore could register for the US Green Party; to help create Social Sanity, and therefore abate the hate of the war-monger-nuclear-mafia!  Firestone lost major money in a class action suit for defective tires which  caused 200 deaths; Firestone could have legally enjoined the US and its’ ineffective governments, as co-defendants for neglected street and dangerous freeway conditions, which devastate tires with potholes, jagged cracks and crevices.  It seems a conspiracy between tire manufacturers and governmental street maintenance, to wear out the tires rapidly with ruinous road surfaces to increase tires sales.   The road conditions equate to motorcyclist’s genocide; because, the dangerous street disintegration can flip a motorcycle over and the crevices can cause loss of steering. 
A rap and hip-hop star, shot 8 times months before: when later murdered; Tupac Shakur was wearing an outfit costing over $5,000.oo.  Tupac’s clothes could have been sewn with a bullet resistant material. 
A sports super star worth over five hundred million dollar$; Kobe Bryant died with eight others recently: in a 1991 helicopter when it crashed.  Kobe could have spent more for a newer-modern advanced technology helicopter, could have hired a copilot for backup and to conduct computer assisted flight. 
A rap and hip-hop star was shot to death in his bed; Pop Smoke could have slept with a pistol under his pillow; similar to James Bond, to circumvent his murder.  Our Liberty is limited with our current laws and social conditions; US governments could be restrained from exploiting and oppressing people with unconstitutional and unnatural laws, which further destroy our dignity and US second amendment! 
Prince and Michael Jackson were paranoid victims of social stigma and their religion.  They died because of the US drug-war; they could have partied with me, maybe smoke natural opium or super weed to be relieved and avoid overdosing!  Mike could have avoided a dumb distracted doctor and Prince could have avoided toxic counterfeit pharmaceutical pills.
